Spell swap causing crash 3.3.3 works 3.3.2

Hey I just started editing my own spells and it works very well on patch 3.3.2
problem is that I'm trying to get it to work on live realms (3.3.3 EU)

I'm almost sure that I use the right mpqs and dbc's. I've tried relocating and re-extracting the dbc's

Using Glitchys MES version 2.0.0.30 and mywarcraftstudio to extract the dbcs and edit em'

I have both 3.3.3 and 3.3.2 installed on my computer if it makes any diffrence.

My guess is that the programs are mixing up the installs and if thats the case then I have no idea how to fix it! thanks in advance

EDIT: Crash is: columns in spell.dbc (expected 240 found 234) or something like that

EDIT2: Fixed the crashing by extracting DBCs from engb patch 3 instead of 2 - New problem though, visuals doesn't seem to apply anymore. Swapping, placing new mpq in data and nothing happens! What am I doing wrong?
