Making edits appear on login screen?

Hi, I used glitchy's latest tool to swap some items, tabards etc, and I as wondering is there any way to make those changes appear on the character selection screen; using another program perhaps?

As far as I know, cache and dbc swaps wont show up at the login screen. Swapping the actual texture and model (and skin) files ought to do the trick, though.
