Is there anyway to do model injections on a mac?

I was wondering if there was some way to do model injections on a macintosh computer. I've looked for many solutions, but I can't find anything. I wanted to do something like this since the file in the thread is broken.

If there's no way to do it, is it possible that anyone could do something similar to what that guy did.
