hello! i just downloaded a model named patch-8.MPQ

can some1 tell me how to "install" it? (it is a mount swap)

Place it in your wow folder, for instance:
C:/World of Warcraft/Data there should be more .MPQs there, just place it there, make sure the MPQ are capital letters and you're good to go.
