The model you're looking for is under "World\LORDAERON\PLAGUELAND\PASSIVEDOODADS\BloodOfHeroes\" in the common-2.mpq file. And if you need the skins, you can find them at the same place in the common.mpq file.

I would also like to request BeM-ScM. There is one in ubermonkey's post (Here) that still works pretty well, but I would love to have it updated to that changing the facial hair changes the facial features on the undead. Doesn't do that as of now. Thanks in advance, will +Rep !!!
