Renaming zones

I am making a new zone atm, and am wondering if there is a way to change the name of the zone so that when i go to it, it won't come up as nagrand (which is where I stole my ADT's from), but rather as something else?
I've looked for a guide, but I can't seem to find one, so any help or direction to a guide would be appreciated.

AreaTable.dbc, IDs in the ADTs can be edited with Taliis too.
