Male Undead Helm Problems

After changing my female UD to a male one, the bottom half of the face is missing, which is unavoidable as far as I know. Seeing as I have basic armor swapping skills, I just figured I'd reskin my normal hood to a hood that covers the face/hair. However, when I do, the hood item is pushed forward on the face, totally defeating the purpose, and looking fugly. Does anyone know how to fix this? I figured it was a common problem, but I didn't see a sticky guide on it, so help is appreciated.

I know there's a helm fix for rece to UD male, but I don't know how to fix the sex to sex thing! Halp!
