DBCUtil

So I wanted to make my own race swaps (mostly because I found using two different race swaps active at the same time only changes the skins/textures of one race swap, since the DBC files dont merge and only the last one is used) but I found that I apparently need a program that converts .dbc to .csv and back again. Unfortunately, I can no longer find any programs that do this and every guide says to use DBCUtil. With a LOT of hunting I was able to find and older version, but it always produces an error when converting from .csv to .dbc.

So this is pretty much me asking: Does anyone have a working version of DBCUtil, an alternate program that does the same thing, or can make a guide that doesn't require the use of it?

I think Taliis has a DBC editor.

It seems it can, I'll have to give it a shot. It looks familiar and I think I've tried it before but it didn't work...

Maybe I was doing something wrong :P
