HELP: Retexturing Draenei!!

Hello, I need to Retexture a Male Draenei paladin with dark blue skin, black spiky hair, and the 4 thick tentacles, here is a pic of it

Well, I want to retexture it and make him a different color, who can guide me through it step by step :P I got wow version 3.3.2 too.
Edit: I have Photoshop CS4 and Paint, so no need to get me those.

Okay, I made four Images, how the Eff to I put em in game?? :P They are for the same skin tone of a character and all that too. Here are pics. They are .blp files atm








These are all the files I could find that had male Draenei texture in my data folder, I modded em all and made them red, anyone know how to make these .blp files into a .MPQ or something so they are applied in game? TYVM if you help me!!! +REP!

I have mywarcraftstudio... This is what I did
Went into MywarcraftStudio first patch, found the matching draenei skin tones for my character extracted them I think and then photoshopped them red, proccessed them through converters into a blp file like where it came from, and now I am stuck, WHAT DO I DO OMG PLEASE HELP ME I AM DESPERATE!

When I tried to mod the .MPQ file itself instead of making new one I replaced the .blp files with mine and ended up with THIS ugly thing!

That looks like you forgot to reduce the colors to 8 bit (256 colors) again after you made the color change. Make sure the images are 256 colors and not 24 bit (16 million colors) and that should solve the green.

Either that, or there is something wrong with the BLP converter you used. This is the one that I use:

It's java based, so make sure you have that installed. All you have to do is drag and drop the files you want to convert into it onto the appropriate icon and it will do it all for you!

TYVM could you tell me how I change to 8 bit? I have the a folder with the images as .blp files and a folder witht hem as .png files so could you tell me what I do to which one of them to make it 8 bit? <---Fool :P
