[QUESTION] Skintones

There used to be a mod which allowed you to use all the skintones the player character could use. I've tried searching and I couldn't find it, it was on this forum if I remember.

Can anybody give me a link or something?

What the mod did was just basically allow you to have all the skins the PC could use, that pretty much sums it up.

If I'm not mistaken I believe that was a DBC edit. Don't know much else about it, though.
