[help] little issue with reskinning =)

Today I started doing some reskinning after a while, so I wanted to reskin Alexstrasza.. But I noticed that there are new blp converters.. My problem is that my reskin did not worked out that well, it screwed up the model and only showed some lines and weard shapes..

this is the reskin btw =)





Can anyone tell me how to fix this issue, or build a working mpq?

Remember to swap .skin just like you did with M2s.
Also try different versions of BLP converters (sending you one)
