    [Question] Best Program for Reskinning?

    I want to get into reskinning, but I don't know what program to use.
    I don't wanna use Photoshop atm, is there any other program?

    Why don't you want to use PS?

    Ontopic: Try Gimp, its free. But not as good.
    However, its a HUGE upgrade from MS paint so, its just a free, less featurative version of PS.
