DK mounts to HH mounts request

Hello, I don't use these forums that often, only to browse for new edits and such, but I haven't been able to find a good HH edit that works for Death Knights.
There are two files that the HH's mount draws from. In the Model viewer the two mounts are called Hhgroundmount (clearly the ground mount) and Hhmount (this one has flying animations).

I'm not too sure how to do model editing myself, so I'm making the quest to change the Death Knight's Deathcharger (Deathknightmount) to the Hhgroundmount and the Winged Steed of the Ebon Blade (Gryphon_Skeletal_mount) into the Hhmount.

Please help?
