EASY for experienced editors: Human female hair change

Hello everyone.

I've been jurking on this site for a while now, and only rarely post in threads.
However, I've been wanting something like this for some time, but everything I've read only confused my addled mind. :confused:
I'd greatly appreciate it if someone who could do this easily could switch my human's ponytailed hair into the short, flipped-up style.
I've included screenshots from WoW Model Viewer to show the number options for what she currently looks like, and how I'd like her to look.

Is this still easy to do after 2.1? If so could you do a write up on how to use the .dbc to change hair/facial hair styles?

Yea - I'd like to request this too. I know its possible, but I cant find it anywhere.

I changed my BE Female to Human Female, and the hair on the Human is just awful, so I'd like to get it changed.

If ANYONE knows how to do this, not just what files to use as someone mentioned earlier, please let me know.
