    Terrain Edit

I have a request if someone could post a beginner guide how to start terrain editing. From the very bottom, I find it very interesting to change the areas of places. I.e. I want to change Zul'Drak to make it more lifeful, i.e. green trees, like Nagrand.
This could also consider as a question which we could take on MSN/PM, tell me what guides to read in what order etc.
    Thanks!

Well, from what it sounds like, you'll be wanting to change tilesets, textures, skyboxes and maybe some models to match?

For basic stuff like that the best method is to manually grab the file you want to change and edit it to look as you want.

This is a nice guide to get you started. He edits a mob but the same can be done for tilesets, tress etc.

If you want to get into more advanced stuff like actually changing the adt files and adding objects:

This is an amazing intro to it.

Check this out for further information. It is amazing what you can find there.

Hope that helped! if your still confused, feel free to PM me.
