[Request] Rare Endangered Crab Spy model edit

For those who don't know the rare endangered crab spy from TF2, this is it

Asking if it may or may not be possible to have an edit for this? Any model really, is it at all possible to manipulate the models so arms and legs may be facing different directions? I don't plan to raid or go into combat at all with this, just to walk around for my own amusement!
