Something I do keeps goibg wrong

I have have tryed to model edit lots of times, but somthing isn't working. I do the model edit, run the fix, get the the logging screen with my pass typed it and hit f8. I then press the big loggin button (worlds best button imo). I sign in to my toon but the model edit never works. I can do lex's model editing way blind folded and the others well. All my edits execpt one has been done on 3.1.3, all I have done never work. I have deleted the buggered file in mwcs and run windows vista. Please help me, I have a gut feeling that I'm doing sumthing wrong.
