[Request] Tauren Male - Night Elf Male or Female

I'm looking for a way to change my big ass Tauren male into a Night Elf of either sex. I found an mpq on these forums that said it worked, but when I placed it into the data folder and launched WoWME.exe (making sure to hit F8 before logging in) nothing happened. Am I missing a step or is the mpq simply faulty?

If any of you have an mpq that can do this model change + a small bit of info on how to get it to work I'd greatly appreciate it.

Just a quik question, is this patch correct and working?
I pasted it in the data directory and now every time i log on and try view a tauren male i get a wow error. (in both character selection and character creation)
If im doing something wrong tell me.
