First of all the MPQ file goes into your data folder

C:\Program Files\World Of Warcraft\Data

Secondly you download this:

Filebeam - Free Fast File Hosting

Put it into your wow folder

C:\Program Files\World Of Warcraft

Open your game with this file you just downloaded , put in your details press F8 and login. (Best to create a shortcut to this exe) so you dont always have to go into your wow folder.
