Tauren Male >>> Vrykul Male? Can it be done?

I was wondering if you could change a Tauren Male to a Vrykul Male model and if so, could you select the hair style, hair color, facial hair, skin color, etc. to fit a select model of a tauren male that you already have? If someone could take on this request please let me know

Also, I wanted to know if you could make it so that your tabard doesn't show. Example: I have Tabard of the Ebon Blade that I need to wear in order to gain reputation in instances but it doesn't go with my outfit at all so is there any way to have the tabard still be equipped but completely not shown?
