Need help on 3D Model Change

Hey Community!
I need some help in changing 3D Models of some WoW Npcs...
First I know how to open 3D Model, open mws (MyWarcraftStudios), then open Common-2.MPQ and go to creatures and then to rexxar (My NPC I wanna change) and then try to extract the .M2 file.
But when I try to extract it, it doesnt work, everytime I click on "extract file to..." it does nothing! Please help!! +rep for the one who helps

This happens with me, i work around it by just extracting the whole folder the m2 i want to extract is in.

Edit: Well, it works! But now I have an other prob, when I drag the .m2 file over my dbc Editor, the dbc editor is open, but there is nowhere the model!!
I think I used the wrong program... =/
