Noob questions, Sorry in advance.

Hey I just downloaded a model edit that should turn my gnome male into an undead male. It download as patch-z.mpq. Now I'm confused.. I take this file and put it where?

Do I need to rename it at all?


Thanks in advance and sorry for asking this if there is already a guide somewhere that I missed.

Oh and I'm on a mac also, so if I need a program please instruct me on where I can get the mac version.

i don't got a mac so can't tell you much about it , just go http://www.mmowned.com/forums/bots-p...-edit-fix.html look here ..i think the edit must be renamed to patch-3.MPQ ( case sensitive and a number between 3 and 9 ) and put into your world of warcraft data hope it helps..

You put it in your "data" folder, which is located in your World of Warcraft folder.

Make sure the .mpq file extension is capitalized (as in .MPQ) and that 'x' can be changed to anything from 1-9 or A-Z (capital again).
