[Question]Tileset swapping

i used to do tileset swaps and such before ( check my threads if you want ) but now i cant do them ..i'm using http://www.mmowned.com/forums/model-...nge-guide.html
did anything changed since i last did ( before 3.1 i think ) i downloaded new mws version , model edit fix but when i log on the textures aren't changing..why ?

As nothing changed at all: Are the filepathes right? Is the .MPQ in uppercase?
