[Help] Where am i going wrong with my skins?

Greetings, i recently used this guide http://www.mmowned.com/forums/model-...th-knight.html

To attempt to reskin draenei to more ereadr looking red colour, I followed the steps perfectly (I think) yet my skins wont even be loaded into wow, wow will run with or without a MEFix, and im completely lost as to whats going wrong.

you have to write MPQ in caps

That's one of the first things i checked when i noticed it didn't work, its not that as ive just tested that again.
