Voidwalker edit problem

What I'm trying to do is to change deafult warlock Voidwalker into Void Lord. However the armour isn't textured. Any advices?

I've done some Model changes until now, but while i was trying to change the textures of the VoidWalker to the ones of the VoidLord i figured out that i have the same problem. Hope someone could help, because i can't find any good Guide.
