Changing to T4

I wish someone can help me turning my gear to T4. Ive been trying to do this myself by using the guides but it dosnt seem to work for me!

It would be awesome if someone cuild make a premade change for me!

This is the gear I want to change(Not changing to a full T4 set!)

Overlord's Helmet of Second Sight -> T4 Warrior Helm

Gladiator's Plate Shoulders -> T4 Warrior Shoulders

Thats all, TWO items!

And if someone could turn a Tauren male into an Orc male without any facial errors when u use the grey skincolor with a tauren(just some skincolors work with all the others) it would be awesome!
