[Question] Model fix?

I downloaded a few model edits/skins from this site, and reckon'd I'd give it a go myself. Decided to change the druid aquatic form to one of those sea bulls added in wotlk, and edit the skin later. First I used a guide found on this site to change the model, booted up WoW to see if it worked, and my char looks like one huge mess. (It looks like some weird blobby cluster with the original sea lion skin)
I think I need a model fix or anything like that? And where can I find one? I got WoWme, but it seems it's outdated...

Yeah I changed the m2, the animations and the textures and I still get this blobby mess. Cant get any help with it

Yeah, exactly, some weird bob with a texture sort of wrapped around it..

Ughhh its annoying, I really want to fix this but I cant find any info on it. I know glitchys model editing suite doesnt have hordekin to allykin, but it probably has what your looking for to be honest.
