[Request] Tauren Male -> Nelf/UD/Orc for 3.1?

Hi

I'm a model editing noob, and I'm not sure what to do.. I've been looking around the forums, trying to find a guide for 3.1, or some premade skins.. And I cant..

So I was hoping that posting this, might make some kindhearted modelediting pro, post a package or something

What I'm looking for is either one of the following:

Male Tauren -> Male Orc/Male nelf/Male Undead

or

Male Orc -> Female Draenei!
