Xi'Ri's Gift Activation Animation

Hey ppl, I was just wondering if anyone would be kind enough to make the Xi'Ri's Gift (Spell Check?) Activation Animation, which looks like the amplify Magic Buff animation into the Zandalarian Hero Charm (ZHC) trinket activation animation plz? Or tell me how to do it.
