[question]indexing skin files

Im trying to make skin files for some armors but they dont show up in game. i read somewhere they need to be indexed. I found in photoshop under mode how to make a file indexed but it still didnt work for me. im sure im doing it wrong. how do i index a png file in photoshop so that when converted to blp it will show in game? any help would be awesome.

Image - Mode: Indexed Color.
Save as PNG, noninterlaced.

Alternative: Save as TGA, 32 bit, use TGA2BLP.
