[Reskin] Acting weird on Zoom Out

Hello, i've recently began Model editing and tryed to make my own Skin.

I decided to re-color the Druid Tree Form, after trying some things with a PNG i found out that it didnt show the Transparency and i gave it another try.

Now what i did was Saving the BLP as a TGA with MWS and editing it, and used a TGA > BLP (16 bit) Converter to put it back into the Game date.

I tryed it ingame and first i thought; YESS!! Its working.
The skin was fine and also the Transparency was perfect, until i zoomed out.
When i zoom out, some really weird stuff happens to the Skin, heres how it looks:

Any idea how to fix this?

Looks like corrupted mipmaps, or your video card is on its way out. Try viewing the mipmaps in MWCS, and re-examine the settings on your BLP converter.

On an unrelated note, that tree is tripping balls! lol, sorry I can't help any myself.
