[Request] Night Elf Female Death Knight - Blood Elf Female

I'm new to the model editing community and was in search for help. I've read through several guides and some have partially worked or not at all, possibly because I'm using newer versions of programs they recommend or I don't have it.

Anywho, I was wondering if someone could upload a .MPQ patch to change my Night Elf Female Death Knight to Blood Elf Female Death Knight.

That's the race swap. As far as I know, the eye glow remains; it does with my gnome DK.
