Tauren druid cat loque nahak reskin doesnt work

what im trying to do is reskin loque nahak from this patch

so I have a recolored version for my druid.

I have tried :
- Using WoWME.
- Using different file converters as i read somewhere that some .blp converters dont work 100% of the time.
- Building the patch from scratch as well as editing the one I linked

This the first reskin ive tried so any help would be appreciated

I just finished doing a patch just like that, but only for the NE cat form.
The reason why it might not work could be because the actual model is called Harkoa, if you used the name Loque...um something in the treepath when you saved the models and skins it might not work.

Also this model is a bid more complicated cos it has 2 textures, a normal one and another one for the glow-ish effect. I remember when working on this patch I had some issues with the M2 model itself. It looked which only could be described as a spiked bad ass cat.

First thing to try is just to create a new patch and switch the models from the tauren cat with this one, and go on from there before editing the skin yourself.

Just looked up the orginal tree paths for the Tauren Cat.. they are:
Creature\DruidCatTauren\DRUIDCATTAURENSKINBROWN.BLP (Did you saved it in caps aswell? That might be the problem right there)
Creature\DruidCatTauren\DruidCatTauren00.skin
Creature\DruidCatTauren\DruidCatTauren01.skin
Creature\DruidCatTauren\DruidCatTauren.M2
