Draenei Male into Ashtongue Broken

After over a year playing my draenei male shaman, i have really started to hate his looks. I remember there was a quest in Tempest Keep that would transform u into a Ashtongue Broken (prequest for BT) so you can kill Alar.

I really liked how that model looked and would like to switch draenei male model with the Ashtongue one. Could anyone please help me with this?

Could anyone at least recommend a good guide for model editing/swapping that is compatible with 3.0.9?
