[HELP] Mount Swap 60% Kodo to Spectral Tiger

I used My Warcraft Studio to create a new MPQ which contains the Kodo to Spectral Tiger swap. The swap works really well especially since I did not expect it to work since this is my first attempt at creating a model edit. However, the mount does not properly resize for my tauren.

I do not know what I am doing wrong so any help would be appreciated

Updated: I also did this to the epic kodos and they are small as well...

I think I might need another program to edit the M2 files to resize them manually so if that is what I need to do, which one would you recommend

CreatureDisplayInfo.dbc - WoW.Dev Wiki edit the scale of the kodo

I made changes to the DBC to double the size of the kodo but after changing the MPQ containing the DBC files, I received a WoW error when trying to open the program that stated the DBC file was corrupted. So I changed it back to allow me to play the game. Is there a method to get around that?

Fixed. Needed Cypher's MEF. Should've just searched other threads
