Manual M2 Resizing?

Pardon me for asking as I have searched around of the forum for an alternative to Glitchy's MES for resizing models and it was to no avail. I successfully did a Tauren hair fix on my own, but now I'm looking to Re size the model to an actual Tauren size.

Is there a manual way to edit M2 sizes? Thank you in advance.
