Water in WMO

Is there any program out there today that can make water inside WoTLK .wmo's ?

It looks like to be very complicated, you can get some infos there :

You have to deal with MLIQ map chunks...
I don't really what tool use to get WMO map chunks. You can try a Hex Editor.

Yes, its hex editing or writing your own. You can base it on Taliis.

But you would have to make a addition to the core if you decide to base it on Taliis as I didn't implement the MLIQ-Chunk, yet.
