Spell Swamp, waht i do wrong ?

i have problems with spell swamp

coz i try to swamp Aspect of the Cheetah - Spell - World of Warcraft
in Path of Illidan - Item - World of Warcraft
i try http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=50247 too

i save this as Patch-3.MPQ

and when i gove this in WoW data and i use Aspect its don't work

i use Glitchy's Model

some one can tell me waht i do wrong ???
