Nevermind, cant find the tiger in the mpqs, nothing for riding tiger or zulian or anything like that, ill keep looking though, probably just overlerooking the obvious

*note* for the second one in the name you have to delete the 2 at the end so it will read in your data folder patch-m.MPQ

I don't know about this because I've never tried, but riding model sizes are based on character race.

I.E. Gnome has larger mounts than humans, etc., etc.

You would have to find some variable in the character folder I'd imagine and change it to a larger value in order to make the mounts larger.
