[Question] Problem with a Modelchange

so first, i check this tutorial

than i made everything like it stand in the tutorial
but year...

im a freaking nightelf ud mix

ok, thats what i did
i open the NighElf Folder, copy to desktop
delet Male subfolder
than rename all files to ScourceFemale
than i made the following folder tree

CHARACTER-SCOURGE-Female-(Renamed Nightelf files in her)
CHARACTER-SCOURGE-(All files from the Nightelf Folder, not the male folder ^^)

than i made a mpq file named "patch-6" and try to load

the result is that shit ^^

so what now T_T

Extract the character files from Common-2.MPQ as well, and rename them accordingly.
