Did i do something wrong?

I was working on Alliance Druid cat to Loque'nahak, and what i got is ALMOST there but im not sure what i need to do.

Here is what i got so far. anything i need to do to fix this?

It might be the *.skin files you're missing. In the most simple case of model editing you just have to rename the *.M2 files AND the *.skin files to get a fully working model. In your screens it seems like the textures are on it.

@mootles: If you would have searched first, you would have known that you need to swap the .skin files, too (just like Mòrrslieb said). This exact same question has been asked and answered multiple times.
