ScF-DrF problem: No horns/hair

I've tried GMES, Lex's guide and Mudkip's guide so far to turn my Undead Female character into a Female Draenei.

It works perfectly apart from the lack of anything but basic hair and mini-ponytail...things


And a gaping hole where the horns should be


Also, the game gets an error and closes itself whenever I try to use the barber shop while the draenei MPQ is active.

Apparently it isn't GMES or the guides that are wrong since they all yield the same result. I followed the guides word for word (apart from the file names ofc) and what I did with GMES was click the race to race button, specify the race/gender for both, give a save path and click Create List then Convert when that was done. I tried both with and without the Helm fix but the hole and the hair remained the same. I also tried renaming both the names in Upper+lower case and the all-caps named - still no change.

Initially, she had those chain things on her eyes and I thought that that might be the problem, since it's one of the "Features" which is effectively the horns on a Draenei, yet the Draenei had it on her face, too. Changing it (I had to log in without WoWME for this) resulted in the same thing but minus the chains, as you can see above.

Can anyone tell me what I might be doing wrong here?

Khothu's kickass mount swap works fine however, although I had to reinstall WoW for any model edits to work.
