Help with PVP Ram to Pally Epic Horse

I want to switch the PVP Ram to the Pally epic mount.

I got the model switch done fine, but I am having a problem with the pally horse's glowing eyes. Instead of its normal glow effect I get translucent blocks that has a partial texture of the PVP RAM on it. Any idea how I can fix this problem and get the eyes to glow normally?

You need to switch the eye glow .blps of the PVP Ram and the Pally Mounts.

Thanks for the info, +rep already, but it didnt work for my problem. I switched out every ram eye glow .blps and it didn't work. This is what I see still.

I don't know then sorry, that's weird, did you re-texture that mount? I've never seen it that colors o.O

Back on topic, yeah sorry I don't know I've never had this problem.

Yea I retextured it. Me and my friend role as two pally and my look is dark red his is black gray. Since we both want pally mounts, but can't change the color without having a diff mod, we went with the PVP ram for him. Only thing I think could be the problem is Pally Horse has 2 skin files. 00 and 01. PVP Ram only has 1 skin file 00. No idea how to fix that if that is the case. Wondering if anyone else knows though

well .. the .skins are called from the .m2s, so it will be possible to just rename both .skins (00 and 01).

found the issue. The glow eye effect, for whatever reason, was taking the file from creature\RAM\RamSkinStormPikeAlpha.blp. So i just switched that out with the eye glow effect
