[Question] problem with glytchys mount swapper

i have tried to make my felsteed (my warlock alts mount) to a sabre mount of the night elfs but i got this problem:



for the 1ns who cant see the problem, the eyes are... white squares and the size is to little.
if you know what i did wrong pls tell me, thanks.

could any1 PLEASE tell me what i have to do to fix this ?
i tryed on 2 diferent ways already and still cant figure it out...
or is it such a big secret ?

You can fix it, if you do your own. Gives much Tutorials about this. Glitchys Rache to Rache and mount Swap are buggy. I beleave its only to show you how it works. Look at the MPQ there you Save. And Create self one.

na, i changed it with mywcs myself, and the mount seems a little soo small ?
