you have to edit both its .blp (skin files) and its m2 (skeleton) for it to change completely. it looks like you have only changed its skin file, or blp.
Search for it in MyWarcraftStudio. I think you could use modelviewer to help you too.
Okay, got this far now

Please use thumbails, because your pictures stretch the page and its not cool to view.
Heh, sorry, but do you know what to do since they're so small now?
Edit the scale in CreatureDisplayInfo.dbc
DBCs can be found in locale.mpq (or any of it's related patch MPQ's). Always use the DBC from the latest patch MPQ. Use DBCtoCSV to convert the DBC, then edit it with CSVEd, or any other program that can edit CSV files. Then, convert it back to DBC, and add it to a new patch (inside /enGB/ or /enUS/).
Okay, I've found the file, but now what do I do to edit it? Extract it then convert it then what do I do with CSVEd?
I have it open in CSVEd, but what am I editting in it, like what I am searching for.

Find the display ID for the zhevra mount, then change the scale.
