[Request] Orc Male to Winterskorn Bonegrinder [Got Pic]

Hi as soon i heard about the Vrykul race i fell in love with it, and decided i have to look like it. Now i would like to see if anyone can make AND tell how to change from Orc Male to Vrykul male (Winterskorn Bonegrinder - NPC - World of Warcraft as the picture is there, with the beard etc)

I don't know much about Model editing i've done some few weapon swap with MES but not anything else really. So if i could get explained how your version (if you have the edit) works.

Oooohhh and almost forgot!! If you can make a pet Ghoul (Death Knight) into a Shoveltusk Stag?
