Male Nagas have no texture?

Hi guys, im still working on my naga stuff. got a friend of mine continueing the temple (nazjatar), and i am working on getting the nagas as a extra race into the char-creation-screen.
i got them both inside (but need to look to get rid of those interface errors).. when i create a male/female naga (race13, needs server-side-modding) and i enter the world the female naga shows completely, but the male one it all white. some1 already had got this problem?
im also working on a new model edit fix which skips the signature files too, to avoid crashing the game with editet char-creation interface files. its a lot of work so if some1 has this done already it would be awesome if it can be posted.

but for now my question is simply: why is the model ingame white, but textured in the creation screen?
