[Question] Model edit launcher..?

I want to know why a model edit i picked from the site isn't working. Do we need some kind of launcher to Help them work with WoW 2.4.3 private servers..? Or did i mess something up

And yes it is in my Data folder in the World of Warcraft Folder.
