[Request & Question] Mind Flay Change

I am new to this model changing thing, and I am wondering if someone can change to Mind Flay graphic to look like the Drain Soul graphic that warlocks have.

I am also wondering if I need to run a program to use WoW after I model change. I am thinking of downloading the package that someone posted in another thread that lets you change almost everything with one easy program, but I don't know if I need a program to run WoW after. I am under the impression that I do, but I don't know which.
