Human female ---> UD male/female

I've found a few, however the UD male's face is bugged and the UD female has quite possibly the worst face I've ever seen lol.

What I'm wondering is, If I were to post a pic of what I'd like the model to look like, would anyone be able to do it?

I havn't played around with editing since the changes and I'm unsure of what is possible/impossible and how much work goes along with it.

If it's possible I'd <3 you forever for a human female to UD male or female like these:
